Return Policy:
- We provide a manufacturer's warranty that covers any damage or defect due to manufacturing issues through January 1, 2026. This policy also applies to returns needed with no damage or defects. Items purchased that fall outside of this warranty window are not covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
- Customer is responsible for return shipment fees. Original shipping fee will not be reimbursed.
- If you received a damaged item, or the item doesn't meet your satisfaction please contact us immediately at help@stephenjosephinc.com or call our customer service team at 1-806-791-2877 (M-F, 8am-5pm CST). This includes defective merchandise or items damaged during shipping.
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for this sale. Any order that is placed to a PO Box will be canceled and refunded.
